• Before connecting the power, connect the grounding cable to the control panel and the machine body.

• Do not change the control panel programs.

• Avoid replacing parts of the control panel, power system, or other components.

• Pay attention to the burner warning signs and avoid using non-original parts.

• Strictly avoid any changes or replacements without the knowledge and guidance of Morshed Gohar Machinery’s authorized technicians.

• In case of electrical issues, use the wiring diagram and consult an electrician.

• To clean the machine, only use a cloth and cleaning products. Never spray water directly on the machine.

• Always turn off the machine and unplug it before inspection, service, or part replacement.

• Perform periodic maintenance on time and record it in the logbook.

• Do not place extra items or materials on or around the machine.

• To save energy, minimize the time the oven door is open during loading and unloading of the trolley.

• After baking, use the company’s safe and comfortable gloves to remove the hot trolley.
