Bulk bread has been on the table in Iran since the early 1950s. At that time, a handful of these bread production units in Tehran were established with foreign machines, but this type of bread was not well received, only a small number of people and foreigners living in the country consumed these breads. At that time, the bulk bread available in Iran was traditionally produced as bulk bread (white bread) in the form of a board shawl with a barbarian oven. With the entry of fancy (bulk) bread into the consumer market in a semi-industrial way, it gradually opened its place for 15 years. Also, with the beginning of the imposed war, the consumption of fancy bread increased and found a special place.

Therefore, Morshed Gohar Machine-Building Company, with its previous experience in machine-building in the food industry, simulated and produced the first dough-forming machine in the bread industry in 1976 from German machines. These machines were used in bakery bread production units. The next machine produced by this company was a toaster and a toaster. With the production and manufacture of bread baking machines inside by Morshed Gohar Company, the import of foreign machines was stopped.

After the imposition of US sanctions (since the early 1960s), Morshed Gohar Machine-Building Company began to design and manufacture complete machines for bulk and semi-bulk bread units and confectioneries, a trend that has continued to this day. Among the machines designed and manufactured by this company during this period were baking ovens in two rotating and stratified models, as well as dough processing and shaping machines, which were localized in accordance with the needs of bread production units in accordance with Iranian and European standards. Morshed Gohardar Company met the domestic needs in the 60’s and started exporting to Central Asia and neighboring countries in the early 70’s. Also in the 80’s, according to the needs and the announcement of the government, industrial machines were designed and produced by this company and the country’s bulk bread entered a new stage.
